Barcelona Street Food

This is a live, interactive, hands-on cooking class held online via Zoom. See our event policies at the bottom of this webpage.

Though Barcelona is not a city known for its street food (because people like to eat sitting down), this class will highlight some of the traditional foods locals like to eat somewhat on the go. Interestingly, most street food in Barcelona are international flavors, but in this class, Camila will hone in on the local fare.

Spain on a Budget

This is a live, interactive, hands-on cooking class held online via Zoom. See our event policies at the bottom of this webpage.

In Spain, people spend what they don't have over the holidays. January is a month to recover from all the excess, not necessarily (just) the indulging in food, but also financial loss from all those gifts you gave to your loved ones. This month of being cheap even has its own name: "la cuesta de enero", which translates roughly as "the January hill" because it's all uphill.
