Beer Workshop: Food Pairing Techniques

Learn and taste the techniques for delicious, memorable pairings of beer and food with Master Cicerone Rich Higgins.

Rich will lead a tasting of six choice beers. Students will consider six food items and make guesses about which beer will pair best and which will pair worst with each dish. We will then taste the permutations, and discuss and learn from them. The workshop will end with a slam-dunk pairing.

Tasting Seminar: Natural Wines

However, as organic and biodynamic wines have become more popular, it has piqued the curiosity of consumers who want to know not only what makes a wine natural but also how it is influencing winemaking in general.
