Pozole - In Person
A hands-on in-person cooking class culminating in a dinner served with wine and beer. This class is limited to 12 students. See our registration policies here and our rules for in-person events here.
Cozy up to bowls of comforting pozole! In this in-person class, you will learn to make pozole two ways. First up is Pozole Rojo, a hearty savory stew made vegan and with a rich red chile broth. Then, you'll experience Pozole Verde, made with chicken and a stew redolent with green chiles. We will complete class, eating together over bowls of pozole, all topped with a bevy of garnishes and homemade tostadas alongside.
