Join chef Zoé for an evening in the kitchen reimagining the traditional Thanksgiving meal with a French twist! An oven-roasted herb-infused pork loin replaces a traditional whole turkey with all the usual side fixings à la Francaise. Whether you are cooking for a group or a party of 1, this menu embodies the comforting dishes we all crave around Thanksgiving!

Zoé McLaughlin was born in Paris and raised in San Francisco. She graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and worked in restaurants in France while she wrote and published her first cookbook – a collection of family recipes influenced by her multicultural upbringing. She now lives in San Francisco, where she works in the non-profit culinary world and hosts online cooking demonstrations.
