In this latest installment of Linda's popular series on handmade Asian noodles, she'll teach you the basics of making alkaline noodles. If this doesn't ring a bell, these are the same as ramen noodles.  We will cut the noodles by hand (or if you want to, you can use a pasta maker), and serve it in Singapore's beloved bak chor mee, accompanied by a spicy sambal.
