Baja-Style Fish Tacos

A hands-on in-person cooking class culminating in a dinner served with wine and beer. This class is limited to 14 students. Review our registration and cancellation policies here.
Let's go down to Baja California where the surf is good and the beaches are warm. It’s the birthplace of the famous Baja-style fish taco! In class we will make corn tortillas from scratch along with beer-battered fish to tuck inside with all the fixings to spoon or drizzle on top—zesty pineapple salsa, chipotle crema, shredded cabbage. It's a party on a plate, finished with roasted carrots decked out with pepita pesto. These tacos will transport your auto-responder to out of office—they're a mini vacation in the palm of your hand.
