Each ticket is good for one adult and one child, ages 6+. Each ticket includes enough dough to make 10-12 cookies. Review our registration and cancellation policies here

 

Join the gingerbread party, and make festive holiday memories with your kids! This class is all about fun shapes and decoration. When you arrive, you’ll receive a ball of homemade cookie dough that’s ready to be rolled. Sort through Chef Molly Pam’s vast collection of Christmas, Hanukkah, and animal-themed cookie cutters, and choose your favorites. 

While your cookies bake, Chef Molly will teach you tricks for decorating like a pro. Then it will be time to have fun and get creative! Dress to get messy. You’ll have royal icing piping bags of blue, white, red, green, and an assortment of holiday-themed sanding sugars and sprinkles to make your cookies shine. 

Once you’re finished decorating, we’ll provide boxes for transporting your fabulous gingerbread cookies home. 

Note: This is a two-hour class, so please be sure to arrive on time.

Molly Pam is a San Francisco-based pastry chef. After studying pastry at the French Culinary Institute in New York City, she honed her skills with renowned cake designer Collette Peters and at Momofuku Milk Bar. She expanded her expertise to include catering, private chef services and teaching cooking classes. Molly loves to share her passion for cooking and baking with her students.
