Holiday Cookie Classics - In Person
A hands-on in-person cooking class. Alongside the baked goods, a hearty snack of cheeses, veggies and dips, and a seasonal salad will be served with wine and beer. This class is limited to 12 students. Review our registration and cancellation policies here. Masks are welcome.
It’s cookie time! Join Chef Molly Pam to learn the secrets of exquisite and delicious holiday cookies - straight from your home kitchen.
Get ready to rock the season’s holiday cookie exchange with a repertoire of classic cookies and techniques. You’ll learn to make rolled, piped, bar, no-bake, and filled cookies - a solid foundation to any other cookie recipe that the holidays require.
You’ll then learn how to apply those techniques to other common recipes, and change flavor combinations to suit your tastes. At the end of class you will take a box of your creations home to enjoy yourself, or to gift to those you love!

Molly Pam is a San Francisco-based pastry chef. After studying pastry at the French Culinary Institute in New York City, she honed her skills with renowned cake designer Collette Peters and at Momofuku Milk Bar. She expanded her expertise to include catering, private chef services and teaching cooking classes. Molly loves to share her passion for cooking and baking with her students.
