Indian Classics: Breads and Curry - In Person
A hands-on in-person cooking class culminating in a dinner served with wine and beer. This class is limited to 10 students. See our registration policies here and our rules for in-person events here.
With our return to in-person classes, we're revisiting one of our popular topics: Indian breads! This class focuses on roti, a whole wheat bread, and also includes a few classic Indian dishes. A fan of Indian flavors, but intimidated by finding spices and cooking alone? Join us as Meghna demystifies Indian food and to empower you to do this at home. At the end of class, we'll gather around our shared dinner table and enjoy this meal buffet-style.
