French Countryside Classics
This is a live, interactive, hands-on cooking class held online via Zoom. See our event policies at the bottom of this webpage.
The cuisine of the French countryside is centered around rustic dishes that highlight seasonal produce, flavorsome fresh herbs, and simple ingredients. This food provides a feeling of warmth and wellbeing. Zoé McLaughlin will show us that although many of the classics are impressive, they needn't be intimidating.
