Paneer: Indian Cheese for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner - Cancelled
A hands-on cooking class culminating in a family-style dinner served with wine and beer.
We're proud to welcome a new instructor (and longtime volunteer) to our classroom! Meghna Agarwal will teach you the multitude of uses for paneer: the only real cheese used in Indian cooking. There will be an interactive demonstration of paneer making, and then many courses of food designed to highlight this iconic, high-protein, vegetarian ingredient of a multitude of Indian dishes. Its versatility makes paneer fit for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! You will cook up a variety of paneer-based dishes with your fellow students, which will be served with prepared rice and raita side dishes (recipes included with the class).
