Tasting Seminar: American Artisanal Ciders
Come join the Redfield Cider Bar & Bottle Shop team for an exploration of terroir in American ciders. We will taste through expressive, orchard-based ciders from every corner of the United States, and will discuss the roles that variety choice of fruit, climate, soil conditions, and production techniques play in shaping flavor of the finished bottle. This class aims to introduce drinkers to the tastes and regions of American ciders.
